To renew your plugin license, you can follow these simple steps:
Via Email Notification:
- Look for the Email: When your license is nearing its renewal date, we’ll send you an email notification. This email is important as it contains all the necessary information regarding your license renewal.
- Follow the Link: Within this email, you’ll find a direct link to renew your license. Clicking on this link will take you to the appropriate page on our website where you can proceed with the renewal.
Manually Through the Website:
If you haven’t received an email or prefer to renew your license manually, you can do so by following these steps:
- Access Your Account: Visit our website and log in to your account. You can do this by going to the Purchase History and Details section.
- Navigate to Licenses: Once you’re in your account, look for the “View Licenses” option. This will take you to a page where all your licenses, both active and expired, are listed.
- Find the Renewal Link: In the “Expiration” column next to your license, there will be a renewal link if your license is due for renewal. Click on this link to initiate the renewal process.
- Complete the Renewal: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your license renewal. This will typically involve confirming your billing information and completing the payment for the renewal.
Once your license is successfully renewed, you will receive a confirmation email, and your plugin will continue to function without interruption.
