License upgrade
To upgrade your license plan, simply follow these steps:
- Access Your Account: Start by logging into your account on our website. You can do this by visiting the Purchase History and Details section.
- View Your Licenses: Within your account dashboard, locate and click on the “View Licenses” option. This will display all your current licenses.
- Find the Upgrade Option: Look for the “Upgrades” column associated with the license you wish to upgrade. Here, you will see a link labeled “Upgrade License” or a similar term.
- Select Your Upgrade: Click on the upgrade link. You will be directed to a page where you can view the available upgrade options for your current license. These options will vary based on the type of license you initially purchased and what upgrades are applicable.
- Complete Your Upgrade: Choose the desired upgrade and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. This will typically involve selecting the new plan, confirming the additional cost (if any), and completing the payment.
- Confirmation: After successfully upgrading your license, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your new license terms, including any changes to the features, support, and renewal date.
