Tax source fields
If you notice that the prices in your product feed are displayed without tax, or if you wish to adjust how taxes are reflected in your feed prices, there are straightforward solutions to address this:
Adjusting Price Display Settings:
- Choose the Correct Price Option: Within your product feed manager, locate the setting for the price attribute. Here, you’ll find options to display prices in various ways. To include tax in your displayed prices, select “Regular Price With Tax”. Conversely, if you need to show prices without tax, opt for “Regular Price Without Tax”.
- Sales Price Options: Additionally, if you want to display sales prices correctly with or without tax, you can select “Sales Price With Tax” or “Sales Price Without Tax” from the same dropdown menu. This ensures your feed accurately reflects any promotional pricing, inclusive or exclusive of tax.
Recalculating Price Attribute:
For more customized tax adjustments, you can recalculate the price attribute directly:
- Access Recalculation Options: In your product feed settings, look for an option to edit or recalculate the price attribute. This feature allows for more granular control over how prices are calculated and displayed.
- Apply Tax Adjustments: Utilize the recalculation functionality to add or deduct tax amounts from your base prices. This can be particularly useful if your tax rates vary or if you need to comply with specific pricing structures for different channels or regions.
