Our plugins, including the Google Feed Manager and Multi-channel Feed Manager, are fully compatible with WordPress Multisite installations. This support extends to multisite networks running multiple domain webshops.
Licensing for Multisite Domains:
For multisite setups involving multiple domains, each domain requires a valid license. We offer license options for one, two, or five domains to accommodate different needs.
Setting Up on a Multisite:
To ensure smooth operation on a WordPress Multisite, follow these steps:
- Network Installation: Install the plugin through the Network admin dashboard. It’s crucial not to “Network activate” the plugin during this step.
- Activate on Main Site: Proceed to activate the license key on your main site. This initial activation is key to setting up the plugin across your network.
- Activate on Child Sites: Visit the Plugins page on each of your child sites and individually activate the plugin there.
License Requirements for Child Sites:
- Multiple Domains: If your child sites operate under separate domains within the multisite network, you’ll need a multi-domain license corresponding to the number of domains.
- Single Domain: For child sites running under the same domain, a single domain license is adequate.
By following these guidelines, you can effectively run and manage our plugin across your WordPress Multisite, ensuring each site benefits from its features. Remember to select the appropriate license type based on your multisite configuration to maintain compliance and functionality.
