Release Note: Version 3.7.0
We are excited to announce the release of version 3.7.0 for the Google Feed Manager and Product Feed Manager. This update includes several new features and fixes that enhance functionality and improve user experience.
What’s New?
Polylang Pro Support
We have enhanced our existing support for the Polylang plugin by extending compatibility to include Polylang Pro, a widely used plugin for creating multilingual WordPress sites. This update ensures that our feed manager can seamlessly interface with both versions of Polylang to manage product feeds in multiple languages. Whether you are managing an e-commerce site that serves diverse language-speaking markets or looking to broaden your international presence, this feature guarantees that each version of your site can have customized product feeds that match the specific language settings. Additionally, our plugin continues to support other multilingual solutions like WPML and TranslatePress, providing comprehensive language management capabilities for your e-commerce needs.
Progress Bar in Feed Editor
The introduction of a progress bar in the Feed Editor form significantly improves user experience by providing visual feedback on the status of feed updates. This feature is useful during the setup or update of large feeds. The progress bar shows how much of the process has been completed and how much is left, reducing uncertainty and improving the ability to manage time effectively during feed management tasks.
Auto Channel Update Functionality
Keeping product feeds up-to-date with channel requirements is crucial for maintaining feed validity and ensuring smooth operation across sales channels. With the new auto-update functionality, the plugin now automatically checks for and applies updates to channel specifications. This means that whenever a sales channel updates its requirements, the feed manager will automatically fetch and apply these updates to your feeds. This automated process reduces the need for manual oversight and helps prevent issues related to outdated feed specifications.
Google Analytics Integration
With this update, we’ve added the option to incorporate Google Analytics tracking parameters into the URLs of the products listed in your feeds. This integration allows for more detailed tracking of how users interact with your product listings on different platforms. By appending Google Analytics data to the product URLs, you can track metrics such as click-through rates, time spent on the product page, and conversion rates directly from your Google Analytics dashboard. This data is invaluable for understanding the performance of your products across various channels and optimizing your marketing strategies accordingly.
Wat is improved and fixed
